Mediterranean herb probiotic salad dressing

Better than anything you can get in a bottle.

If you've been on a quest to find the perfect summer salad dressing, then look no further. Here is a dressing that is simple to make, and much healthier than anything you could buy.

Store-bought salad dressing is a common hiding place for not-so-healthy fats and flavourings. It takes little effort to make it at home though and it comes together with a few common pantry ingredients and fresh herbs. You’ll taste and feel the difference.

With the added benefit of homemade yogurt, you’ll get gut-loving probiotics dousing your salad leaves. The healthy fat and fresh healing herbs will leave you more satisfied than anything you can buy pre-made. It's SCD and GAPS friendly and can even be made vegan using any of our dairy free yogurt recipes.
